Our multi-capability CNC machine shop utilizes the most technologically advanced equipment available, including vertical machining centers, turning centers, and more.
We routinely manufacture extremely close tolerance parts in any quantity, from products like Teflon, Kynar, PEEK, Delrin, polypropylene, and acrylic.
In addition, we maintain a full complement of conventional mills, lathes, routers, shapers, joiners, and every type and style of tool and equipment that will allow ATS to produce any size, shape, or quantity of parts in a very prompt, efficient, and cost‑effective manner.
CAD/CAM
All customer design and finished manufacture programming is accomplished with the most current and reliable 2D and 3D CAD/CAM systems. Programs can be generated from customer-supplied engineering drawings, sketches, or sample parts. We can also import your .IGES or .DXF files received via email. If preferred, your diskettes, zip disks, or CDs are welcome.
Custom Fabrication
We focus on custom machining of close-tolerant parts in complex industries, including such products as acrylic, polypropylene, Kynar, and PVC.
